 It is my pleasure to welcome you to Norfolk Christian Schools. It has been my privilege to be a part of this school family as a parent, teacher and administrator for almost 20 years. NCS is an independent Christian school that has been an important part of the Christian community of South Hampton Roads since 1952. Our mission to equip students to love and serve God has remained strong throughout these years and provides the framework for all we do.
We have been blessed with beautiful facilities that attest to God’s abundant provision. The academic and athletic buildings provide a rich environment for our students to reach the potential that God has intended for them. Our highly qualified faculty and staff are dedicated to the students. In daily times of devotion, they lift up the needs of students and their families in prayer. Teachers masterfully interpret curriculum through the lens of a biblical worldview. They also spend countless hours mentoring and building relationships with students both within and beyond the school day. NCS students work hard and have been accepted by the finest Christian, private and public universities around the country. Our students also know the value of service to their communities both locally and globally. Through school sponsored service activities that include mission trips, they learn how to serve one another in the spirit of Christian love.
