The Middle and High School levels of learning (grades 6-12) comprise the NCS Upper School, which seeks to address the unique academic and spiritual needs of the adolescent and teen-aged student. Middle School recognizes adolescence as a time of physical, spiritual and emotional change and therefore offers a curriculum that promotes greater organization and study skills, long-term time management and abstract thinking. Daily Bible classes and weekly chapels teach scriptural principles and development of good character; participation in campus civic and academic organizations help develop leadership skills. Supervised program available for all students until 6:00 p.m. in the Upper School Lunchroom. Fee: $5.00 per day and free for athletes waiting for practice.
Students who are in good standing academically are eligible to participate in athletics at Norfolk Christian Schools. Please refer to Athletics page for a listing of sports activities and opportunities available to NCS students.
Available for all students until 5:30 PM in the Upper School Lunchroom. Free for athletes waiting for practice.
Norfolk Christian Schools offers a comprehensive Student and Parent Guide covering all policies and procedures, and is issued to each NCS student upon admission.
